I’m Adrián Flor, a culinary and pastry educator and Deputy Director at a Vocational Education and Training centre in Spain.

MY APPROACH
From the kitchen
to the classroom.
I was born in the province of Cádiz. From the beginning of my career, I have understood gastronomy as a technical discipline, a cultural expression and a way to learn.
My experience combines professional kitchen practice with teaching. I am interested in how culinary skills are taught, how learning is designed and how educators can help one another improve.
Alongside my classroom work, I take part in academic coordination, organisation and educational improvement. That perspective connects day-to-day teaching with the wider work of a training centre.
